Composite Part and Finished Good Production

Berke Marine offers in-house design and manufacturing for your carbon fiber and GRP part, assembly or system. We can easily handle your prototype, pilot-run and volume production requirements.

What is Carbon Fiber?

Carbon fibers or carbon fibres (alternatively CF, graphite fiber or graphite fibre) are fibers about 5–10 micrometres in diameter and composed mostly of carbon atoms. Carbon fibers are usually combined with other materials to form a composite. When combined with a plastic resin and wound or molded it forms carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (often referred to as carbon fiber) which has a very high strength-to-weight ratio, and is extremely rigid.

Why Carbon Fiber?

  • Global demand for lighter weight materials to save fuel and reduce consumer emissions

  • 67% lighter than steel

  • 50% lighter than aluminum and glass

  • Stronger material to make more reliable products and better protect users

  • 4-to-5 times stronger than steel

  • At least twice as stiff as steel, aluminum  and glass

  • Corrosion and fatigue resistant

  • Thermally resistant and electricity conductive

  • Design flexibility

  • Comply with mandates

Our Product: Anti Frost Wind Machine "Fans"

Frost damage to crops results from cold temperature. Frost protection wind machines creates air circulation in order to move the cold and stable air layer on top of the crops.

Berke Marine produces reliable and durable carbon composite wind machine fans to provide uninterrupted protection systems for farms.
